My Creative Time has a challenge to make a card using a Lite cart and some bling. I love doing challenges and often times use the cards for Cards for Soldiers. The 4 layers of the Miss You section were done at 4 inches. The ring with the gems is glitter paper. I layered background of card with matching paper and cut pink corners with MS punch. The entire card was done with scraps from my stash.
